Children in Worship
Sylvania United Church of Christ welcomes children in to the full life of the community, including worship. To enhance the children’s experience of worship, we’ve created a Prayground where children and their families can explore worship together through hands on activities. (For children who need more space to move, there is also a designated area in the narthex, just outside the sanctuary, that still allows parents to see and hear the service). The worship service itself typically includes a Message for the Whole Family of God, which includes stories and activities designed to make the worship experience more accessible.
