Come move and learn! Three classes for health education and movement are being offered this spring right here in our chapel. Think of each as a mini refresher course on maintaining and strengthening our bodies for safety and comfort. We’ll review best body mechanics for use in everyday life, and do simple movements to increase strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. Many of the moves will even be done from a seated position and no special equipment is needed.

Many people say that they actually feel better walking out of class than they did when they walked in, so this spring come and put some spring in your step!
